Boshoff Visser can prepare financial statements of all entities, from sole proprietors; partnerships, trusts and close corporations to IFRS statements required by public companies.
Should you wish to outsource your monthly bookkeeping and administration like VAT, Payroll taxes and other statutory requirements, we can supply that service, including monthly management accounts.
Even your full payroll function, including the submission of statutory returns to SARS, can be outsourced to us.
Boshoff Visser is registered with IRBA to perform the external audit function as companies are required to do in terms of the Companies Act. Our focus is on small to medium size companies that requires the so called small Gaap audits.
We don't perform IFRS audits.
We can assist with internal audits should a company want to outsource that function rather than having their own internal audit department.
Furthermore we can perform special audits, e.g. attorneys and estate agent trust account audits; schools, churches and other PBO audits etc.
Boshoff Visser places great emphasis on the financial well-being of his individual clients. We believe in proper planning and creating the right structures in order to maximize wealth creation.
In order to achieve the above, we do estate planning and draw up wills, or assist in doing so. If so required by the client, we will act as executor in the estate.
We will also assist with the setting up of a trust and the administration thereof, including correspondence with the Masters office. If a client ask us to, we will act as trustee.
Companies, close corporations and trusts can outsource their secretarial work to Boshoff Visser. We will run the full secretarial administration as required by the Companies, Close Corporation and Trust Property Control Acts and the applicable governing bodies like Cipro and the Masters office.
At Boshoff Visser our aim is to legally minimize a client's tax burden to the minimum. Proper planning of all taxes including Income Tax, VAT, CGT, Estate Duty and Donations Tax are done on an ongoing basis in order to keep the tax bill to a minimum.
We assist clients with the administration of the Income Tax and VAT processes in order to ensure full tax compliance and avoid unnecessary penalties and interest raised on non compliance.
